SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via FEDEX. Wine is packaged in cardboard shipping boxes. All shipping charges reflected on your total bill are for "FEDEX GROUND" rates. If you wish to expedite shipping, or if you wish alternate packaging, you will need to call the winery to make these arrangements.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIPPING OVER LONG DISTANCES IN WARM MONTHS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES. (Most shipments within the state of Virginia will arrive the day after they leave the winery.) All shipments require an adult signature for receipt.

Damage and Risk of Loss: All sales are final. Cardinal Point will replace any wine that is lost (i.e., bottles broken or misdirected shipments) in transit. If you discover that a bottle of our wine has cork taint, we will replace that wine if you return the bottle for our inspection. If the wine maker determines that the wine is corked, we will replace the bottle. We will NOT replace, nor refund the purchase price for, wines damaged by heat or cold during transit.
